The TransWorld SNOWboarding TransAM touched down at Keystone Resort on a cold and sunny Superbowl Sunday this past weekend. For years now, Kevin Laverty and the Keystone A51 park crew have been constructing unbelievably creative TransAM set-ups. History continued to repeat itself at Keystone with the 90-plus strong competitor field being handed another banger course to throw down their hottest TransAM moves. Congratulations to the top three guys and gals who qualified for the Transworld SNOWboarding TransAM Finals at Bear Mountain, CA on March 14, 2015. 1st placers Darien Giedd & John Myre walked away with flight vouchers to Finals courtesy of Zumiez, VIP treatment for the finals weekend on behalf of Transworld SNOWboarding, and snowboards from RIDE. There was also the coveted TransAm trophy in the form of a custom engraved acoustic guitar!
All winners were loaded up with tons of awesome product including custom High Cascade backpacks, Anon goggles, Analog outerwear, Giro helmets, and Zumiez gift cards.
$500 cold hard Zumiez cash for the Zumiez Best Trick Award went to Seth Karlsrud for his hardway 270 to 50/50 Front 360 out.
