Rear hand reaches through the legs and grabs the heel edge in front of the front foot.
Similar to a stalefish or roastbeef grab, a ninety degree rotation frontside shifty is combined with a rear leg bone out.

The Swiss Cheese was invented by Jeff Davis during the late 80's experimental grab exploration phase. Freestyle snowboarding was coming of age, and as riders' explored their boards and their bodies this grab was discovered, and then fairly quickly forgotten. Seemingly awkward, the Swiss Cheese is an easier grab to reach than it appears at first glance. The key is initiating the tweak while simultaneously bringing the board to the grab – and not the grab to the board.
