Burlington Or Bust

We touched down in Vermont with a tight agenda involving all things fall. On Friday night, East Coast snowboard legend Seth Neary was hosting a Phil Frost art exhibit at his Pursuit Gallery (for more info check out www.sethneary.com (the art will be on exhibit through November 1). Then we hit the Sun Set Drive-In in Colchester, Vermont for the fourth annual Snowboard drive in premiere featuring Who Cares (Kyle Clancy’s film project with Mongo Productions), Draw The Line , Escramble, and probably more, but the mini-ramp snake session was blocking my view of those screens. The afterparty continued at the Metronome in downtown Burlington, Vermont. We partied with the Burton crew, The Journal guys, the Rome peeps, and UVM.

The next day was all sunshine, crisp air, and fall foliage-apparently it was “peaking”, which was a good thing. We touristed at the Cold Hollow Cider Mill, imbibing in the apple cider donuts and hot cider, and then cruised by Jake Burton’s house for a fall bash (thanks Jake!). There’s no snow on the peak of Mount Mansfield just yet-but winter is definitely just around the corner.
