The Siberian wind may have come through and made all who were in the Bird’s Nest Olympic Center feel frozen, but that didn’t stop the riders in this year’s Oakley Shaun White Air & Style from heating it up with action. It was an amazing night for the progression of snowboarding. The field of 22 riders battled it out until  there were just four left in the final round. 16-year old Yuki Kadono won it with a backside triple cork 1440 mute making him the youngest to win an Air & Style since Shaun White. Yuki and Mark McMorris were also the first to ever land triple corks at an Air & Style. Joining Yuki on the podium was Peetu Piiroinen who stomped a cab 1260 melon to land in second place, and Stale Sandbech in third for his backside 1440 mute.
