XDOGS.COM Signs 4 Year Exlusive with Oxbow

MINNEAPOLIS–Feb. 22, 2000–XDOGS.COM (“XDOGS”) (OTCBB:SNOW) (www.xdogs.com) announces a four year exclusive North American Distribution Rights Agreement with the French company, Oxbow, S.A. (“Oxbow”), a CVC Capital Partners (“CVC”) portfolio company. CVC is Europe’s leading private equity provider with funds under management in excess of $4 billion. CVC also manages Citigroup’s private equity investments in Europe.
