Vonzipper Names New Team Events Manager

Irvine, CA — July 25, 2003 — VonZipper is pleased to announce Jason Arnold as new team/events manager.

Arnold comes to this position with a solid background in the eyewear, goggle, apparel and accessories divisions, and has been involved in all phases of the action sports industry from sales and product development to team and event coordination.

Prior to joining VonZipper, Arnold worked for Type 20, Inc./Arnette, San Clemente, CA as the team/events manager/product development. He also acted as the North American Sales Manager for Type 20, Inc./Arnette where he managed a 20 plus sales force and 300 plus account base. Before Type 20, Inc./Arnette he represented Joyride, Ltd., Laguna Beach, CA, as the team/marketing manager, and worked in the following capacities, in-house sales, customer service, purchasing, and team manager, for Astrodeck, Inc./Bad Ass, San Clemente, CA.

In Arnold’s new role he will manage the personalities of VonZipper and coordinate events, demos, autograph signings, tours, etc. to enhance the team and brand image.
