Vancouver Snow Show Announces Dates, Venue

Vancouver, BC ¿ It’s official, the Vancouver Ski & Snowboard Foundation is proud to announce the Vancouver Snow Show 2000, September 29th, 30th and October 1st at the Plaza of Nations ¿ Vancouver’s only Wintersport Show & Swap.

“Due an overwhelming demand from the Ski & Snowboard industry to create one ultimate Westcoast Wintersport Festival, we have reached agreements with the major retailers throughout the Lower Mainland, regional ski resorts and industry representatives,” states Mark Taylor of The Masters Group show management team.” This will be the most complete Wintersport Show & Swap Vancouver has seen in over a decade.”

Combining altitude with attitude, the new show profiles the core industry associated with winter outdoor life in BC and the surrounding regions. Highlighting leading edge technology and products of the mountain lifestyle, promoting local, regional and international resorts and showcasing music and athletic personalities, Snow Show 2000 is the West Coast’s official “Welcome to Winter”.

With an extensive pre-event media, promotions and advertising campaign planned, the Vancouver Snow Show 2000 will help kick off the season for all wintersport enthusiasts. Combining retail sales, industry displays, resort exhibits, entertainment and information in a new downtown venue, the show promises attendees the complete line-up of action they are craving as winter fast approaches. With an all-new venue at the Plaza of Nations, a great indoor/outdoor setting allows people to enjoy the great array of activities that are scheduled for this year’s show.
