Theft sucks.

It is with great disappointment that we bring you the news that someone has stolen Andreas Wiig’s x Games medals. According to his latest Instagram post, at the end of last week, Andreas’ home was burglarized, and all that was taken were his X Games medals. Over the course of his professional career, Andreas has won one X Games Slopestyle bronze medal in 2004, one silver in slopestyle in 2006, and then three X Games gold medals, two in 2007 for slopestyle and best trick, and one in 2008 for slopestyle.

At the end of last week all my X games medals got stolen. 3 gold medals, 1 silver and 1 bronze. They have no material value, but they have enormous value for me personally. If you have any information that can help me get me the medals back, please let me know🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻………………………………….

Andreas is currently living in his home country of Norway, and has asked that anyone who might now any details surrounding the theft to contact him through his Instagram page. While the medals themselves do not possess substantial monetary value, they certainly hold significant sentimental value. From all of us here at TransWorld SNOWboarding, we hope the stolen medals are recovered quickly and without issue.
