Now, we don’t have any contributors in Florida, because we never thought we would have to write this, but as of 8:30 a.m. EST today according to the National Weather Service, “0.1 inches of snow and sleet was measured at the National Weather Service office in Tallahassee, Florida, making it the first measurable snow there since 1989.” Small dustings were also recorded in Georgia and the Carolinas, shutting down schools and roads throughout the states’ coastal regions. Most weather and news sources are now talking about the “Bomb Cyclone” that looks to hit the East Coast with freezing temps and snowfall throughout the weekend.

If you have any photos of the snow, feel free to hit us up on Facebook or Instagram, but until then, we will just imagine what it looks like down there. Stay safe out there!
