Northwave Announces New Customer Service Rep

Seattle, Washington, September 15th, 2004 — Northwave North America announces the addition of Matt Baumgarten to the In-House Northwave/Drake/Bakoda US Customer Service force. Matt’s experience and familiarity with snowboarding and the industry makes him a huge asset for Northwave.

Before venturing to Northwave-land, Matt worked across the water at fellow Washington-based snowboard company K2. At K2, Matt gained three years of knowledge and experience managing the Rocky, Northwest, Northern and Southern California, and Mid-Atlantic territories for K2 Snow, Morrow Snow, and K2 Bike.

At Northwave North America, Matt will be managing the Northern Cal, Mid-West, and Mid-Atlantic territories for Northwave Snowboard Boots, Drake Bindings, and Bakoda Design Logic. So for those of you in Nor Cal, and New York and PA, he may sound familiar, and well,… that’s because he is.
