Mt. Hood Fusion Pass

Government Camp, OR—Skiers and snowboarders can enjoy early season prices and avoid waiting in line on opening weekend by getting their Mt. Hood Fusion Pass this weekend at the Portland Ski Fever show, the biggest ski and snowboard convention of the year. Visitors will be able to find a partner, buy their pass, get their photo taken and walk away with their season pass in-hand at the Mt. Hood Fusion Pass booth.

The revolutionary new Mt. Hood Fusion pass is a unique concept to the northwest. It’s an unlimited dual mountain pass to both Mt. Hood Skibowl and Timberline Ski Area and it’s priced at a huge value to the consumer. Before November 12th, the four types of passes are priced at just $199 for Youth (age 7-14) and Senior (age 65-70), only $299 for Young Adult (age 15-22) and $399 for Adult Passes (age 23-64). After November 12th, the prices will increase by $50 each. Passes are only sold to groups of two people, but the members can be from any age group.

The other major benefit of the Mt. Hood Fusion Pass is that pass holders of advanced ability level can start skiing or riding now, because Timberline is the only ski area in North America to be open virtually year-round. The Mt. Hood Fusion Pass is good now through Memorial Day. That’s roughly nine months of skiing or riding, weather permitting.

“The conditions up on the Palmer Snowfield are quite good right now,” said Jon Tullis, marketing and public affairs director at Timberline. “It’s one of the best fall seasons we’ve had. So if you’re craving to carve some turns and you are of an advanced ability level, check it out!”

“This pass offers the best of both worlds,” said Skibowl Owner Kirk Hanna. “Skibowl gives you Mt. Hood’s steepest terrain and America’s Largest Night Ski Area and Timberline offers North America’s most dependable snow and longest ski season. The Mt. Hood Fusion Pass is definitely the best pass value in Oregon.”
