Mountain High Hosts Kawasaki $25,000 Triple Air Challenge

Wrightwood, CA.- December 24, 2002 – Kawasaki Motors Corp.,U.S.A., in conjunction with Mountain High Resort, Wahoo’s Fish Tacos,Propaganda Marketing and Active Ride Shops, is proud to announce itstitle sponsorship of the KAWASAKI $25,000 PRO/AM TRIPLE AIR CHALLENGECONTEST.

Vince Iorio, Marketing Manager of the ATV/Utility VehicleDivision of Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A., announced that Kawasaki isexpanding its presence in the extreme sports community with itssponsorship of the Triple Air, scheduled for January 11, 2003.

This one-day event offers a $15,000 cash purse with first placegarnering $6,000, a new KFX400 Sport ATV, and a week’s vacation at theTurtle Bay Resort in Oahu, Hawaii. Best trick of the day will receive aRolex Submariner watch, valued at $6,000. Prize money is paid to prosdown to the 16th place. Breakfast will be provided to all competitors,as well as lunch hosted by Wahoo’s Fish Taco’s.

The triple jump will be designed and built by Mountain High’sTerrain Park designers and builders, Shane Smart and Keith Pfahler. TheTechnical Director for the event is Jeff Grell, of SnowsurfingInternational.
