Generator Withdraws from Deal

Carlsbad, California–Generator Distribution Co. Ltd. (SWAG, PROM, TWIST) Announced today that the letter of intent with Inc., is null and void.

In a previous press release dated January 05, 2000 Generator Distribution announced that it had entered into a letter of intent tosell all of its outstanding shares to Inc. The companyhas now determined that such a deal is not in its best interest and that it will not be acquired by Silverzipper nor is the company innegotiations with any other acquiring party.

Generator President and founder Andrew Friesen stated: “We are glad not to have thisdistraction and are proceeding with business as usual. Product is readyto ship and we are looking forward to another successful season.”

Generator’s business strategy has been to develop solid branded product within the youth lifestyle market, aggressively market the brands, deliver incredible consumer value and insure timely delivery of goods.
