Bend, Oregon — February 2, 2005. Skiers and snowboarders with season passes from closed resorts in Washington and Oregon will receive a 20% discount on daily lift tickets when they bring their valid pass to Mt. Bachelor starting Friday, February 4, 2005.

Adults with a full season pass from a resort that is currently closed will receive $10.00 off a Mt. Bachelor daily lift ticket. Teens aged 13-18 will receive a discount of $7.00 and kids aged 6-12 will get $5.00 off of a daily lift ticket. The offer is valid only at open ticket windows at West Village on Mt. Bachelor and is not valid with any other promotions.

“We have good snow conditions and great coverage,” said mountain spokesman Chris Johnston. “We’re all skiers and snowboarders up here, we know how we’d feel if our resort were closed. This is a way for people from other areas of the Northwest to take advantage of their season pass.”

Skiers and snowboarders interested in this Mt. Bachelor lift ticket discount are encouraged to visit the Mt. Bachelor website at or call 800-829-2442.
