GoPro just announced the release of their new Karma Grip. So far, feedback says it’s the best handheld stabilizer compatible with GoPro HERO5 Black and HERO4 Black and Silver cameras. Come Spring 2017, it will also work with GoPro HERO5 Session cameras.
The Karma Grip can be held or mounted on the body, and controlled entirely via the hand grip. Both the camera and grip can be charged simultaneously, and footage can be exported without disconnecting the camera. An extension cord will also be released this spring, which will allow cameras to be held or mounted separately from the grip and controlled from a distance.
If you’re looking to remove the shakes from your videos, it’s worth considering this gimbal. Retail cost is $299 at select retailers and on the GoPro website. Watch the video below to see it in action.
