In conjunction with Sunsation, Copper hosts the Finals for the Red Bull 1976 Games April 17 and 18. This event is played off the 1976 Winter Games “known as the 1976 Games” that were awarded to Colorado after their bid on hosting it. Voters in Colorado later voted against hosting the games, even though the state fought hard to be a host, so the games never took place. Red Bull 1976 Games brings the games back to Colorado and finally “gives the year 1976 its day.” Competitions include Snowbladecross and Old School Air, with prizes awarded to the most outrageous costume and team mojo!

Back for a third year, Copper showcases a way for fans to preview what's coming up at Sunsation with the website . It provides up-to-date information including a calendar of events, band profiles, press releases, the latest lodging offers and features a photo gallery and music player to sample tunes from bands performing at Sunsation.
