Colorado-Eagle River Ride

Make it a weekend of cycling in the Vail Valley. Come out a day early for the Colorado-Eagle River Ride to do a little racing on Saturday, July 22nd at the Vail Valley Jet Center Criterium Race in Gypsum. With over $1,500 in prize money, this is one event not to be missed. Go to Altitude Racing for details on the race.

Do not forget to register for the Colorado-Eagle River Ride by July 21st and save $20. The 2006 event is scheduled for July 23, 2006. All riders receive a Colorado-Eagle River Ride Jersey, Optic Nerve sunglasses, CERR water bottle, full support, pancake breakfast, post party at the Beaver Creek Chophouse and free ice cream at Dotsero.

The River Ride is a one day, 100 mile, 100 km or 45 mile bicycle ride looping from Beaver Creek to Wolcott up State Highway 131 to Colorado River Road down to Dotsero and back to Beaver Creek. The ride takes cyclists through the Eagle River Valley, up the rural setting of Highway 131 and along the Colorado River.

All proceeds support the Snowboard Outreach Society.
