Burton and Ducati Announce Partnership

Innsbruck, Austria/Bologna, Italy–Burton Snowboards and Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A announce a licensing agreement in which Burton will produce exclusive, limited edition Ducati snowboards and matching bindings for the 2005/2006 season. The boards and bindings will feature the sleek Ducati design, color scheme and trademarks of the Ducati Monster “naked bike model.

The partnership between Burton and Ducati sets the pace by bringing together two companies that lead their respective fields in performance, innovation and design. The Italian motorcycle brand is known for the premium performance of its bikes and timeless Italian style. Ducati has won more World Superbike Championships and races than any other brand. Burton has been pushing the limits of snowboarding and snowboarding products for nearly three decades. As an industry leader, Burton has brought the sport and lifestyle to new audiences while staying true to its roots of being a truly rider-driven company.
