With a over $60,600 in cash, plus prizes, along with a TTR Ranking of 4, the 2007 Garnier Fructis Australian Open is the third event on the prestigious Ticket To Ride World Series, via which riders are ranked internationally. Best Aussie Rider: Whistler Resort, Air Canada and Garnier Fructis will give a return trip to Whistler — including flights and accommodation along with entry into the World Ski and Snowboard Festival in April 2008 to one young up and coming Australian rider who proves the best overall performance in both event disciplines at the Garnier Fructis Australian Open.The 2007 Australian Open will kick off with the men and women's slopestyle finals and the Junior superpipe finals on Friday 24th August followed by the men and women's superpipe finals on Saturday 25th August. Practise and preliminary rounds kick off from Tuesday 21st August.•	Registrations for mens, womens halfpipe, slopestyle and junior halfpipe are open until — 20th August (17:00pm AUS EST) 2007 at (click on AUSO!).•	For the men and women, slopestyle and superpipe competitors seeking to enter the pre-qualifiers must register online for the lottery and will be notified on or before 20th August confirming entry into the Australian Open.
