The Cold Front Tour made its final stop in San Diego this past Saturday after cruising through a total of ten cities in five weeks. The final showing built upon the momentum gathered over the course of the last month and acted as an exclamation point to an already impressive premiere tour. Those that came out to join us at 10 Barrel Brewing in San Diego were treated to a total of four films over the course of the evening, as The Future of Yesterday, Kamikazu, Beta, and Pray for Snow all made it up onto the projector screens.

With plenty of good beer and food to go around, those in attendance celebrated the start of another season under clear skies with friends old and new. It was a premiere heavy weekend, and many of snowboarding’s familiar faces–including Jamie Lynn, Red Gerard, Jason Robinson and more–joined us again on Saturday after celebrating Vans’ Listen to the Eyes only a night before in Los Angeles. The films, which were shown on projectors both inside and out, garnered the usual collection of both intent eyes, and raucous celebratory hoots and hollers. Together, the four films paint a well-rounded portrait of today’s top snowboarding, and showcased everything from burly backcountry lines, to rowdy springtime park laps and death-defying urban assaults. No stone was left unturned, and the fans that made their way out got the best of each of snowboarding’s many worlds.

From the world premiere of Kamikazu in Portland, Oregon, to east coast stops in Boston, Massachusetts and New York, New York, and everywhere in between, we thank those of you that made your way out to see the collection of films shown. For those of that couldn’t join us to watch on the big screen, we urge you to schedule a showing of your own. The Future of Yesterday is now online for free streaming, and Kamkiazu and Beta are now both available for rent or purchase on all major platforms. There is no better way to get excited about the season ahead, than by celebrating that which was accomplished the season before. Each of the films shown throughout the Cold Front Tour showcases some of the best snowboarding in locations all around the world, and your season won’t be complete without a viewing of your own.
