Women’s Rider of the Year: Anna Gasser

As one of the best park riders in the world, Anna Gasser is the recipient of the Riders' Poll 20 Women's Rider of the Year Award. The Austrian snowboarder has been on the path to win this award for a long time. With four X Games medals to her name and now Olympic Gold, for her performance in PyeongChang, where she authoritatively took the win in Big Air, Anna is undoubtedly among the most prominent women in snowboarding right now. After recently becoming the first female to land a triple, she is truly setting the bar of freestyle progression. Having won not only this Rider of the Year award, selected by her peers, but also the Readers' Choice award, decided by her fans, demonstrates precisely the degree to which Anna is dominating the snowboard sphere right now. We can't wait to see what the reigning Rider of the Year delivers this season.
