Two Months In Japan With Will Jackways
Will Jackways spent two months wandering around the backcountry of Niseko in Hokkaido, Japan for his Monster Energy edit (see here). But you can only fit so much into a four minute edit. This is the extended version with extra pow slashes, jumps, mushroom lines, and interviews.
More about Will Jackways:
Winter never stops for Will Jackways. This New Zealander spends his winter sledding and shredding out of Squamish, British Columbia, right smack in the heart of the world-renowned Whistler backcountry. When that season ends, he heads back down under to his homeland of NZ to start winter all over again in the Southern Hemisphere. Back at home he again situates himself right in the center of it all, calling Wanaka home and spending his days riding at the island’s hub of park progression, Cardrona Resort. He’s been a season pass holder at Cardrona since he was a grom and it shows in his cool, controlled style of park riding. In the competitive realm, Will has taken home trophies in the NZ Banked Slalom, the World Heli Challenge, and even Monster’s own Ruckus In The Rockies event. In New Zealand Will is a well-known and respected member of the pro shred community and as he continues his quest to shred nonstop, he’s making a name for himself on a global scale.
