2013 was a big year for online releases, here are some of our Favorites from the year.
GO Boardin is a snowboarding video in which Lucas Debari, Blake Paul, Kael Martin, and Alex Yoder go boardin with their friends. Highlights include our cast of heroes hitting the road in search of powder, having a good time, and being cold. Filmed and edited by Sam Tuor on location in America and Canada. Hopefully you’re able to go riding after this because it’s going to get you stoked.

Burton Presents: Snowboarding
The four part series showcases four aspects of riding: Resort, Backcountry, Women’s riding, and Street. It’s pretty damn sick. The level of riding in the backcountry these days is insane, the amount of style these guys can display in a park scenario (and the level of building SPT is on is insane), street riding is crazy, and Women are riding at high a level as ever.
Jake Blauvelt’s Naturally
Jake Blauvelt is all about having fun and getting creative with what the mountain dishes out. That’s a cool approach after watching the amount of construction involved in most backcountry edits. Join him and friends Eric Jackson, Shayne Pospisil, Fredi Kalbermatten, and Kazu Kokubo in search of wind lips, pow, and good times.
Vans: 20 Years Off The Wall and On The Snow
Vans celebrates the first 20 years of their life in snowboarding with some sick historical footage of Shaun Palmer, Jamie Lynn, John Cardiel, Tara Dakides, and more of the original boarders, plus interviews with today’s team and some of their footage as well. Pretty sick to hear Cardiel talk about how his time as a pro snowboarder gave him the vision to take his skating to such insane levels.
Never Not part 2
Nike did it right with their two part movie NeverNot. Part 2, made by Per-Hampus Stalhandske, looks at the cultural side of snowboarding, the behind the scenes, and the personalities. Featuring the Nike Snowboarding team of Justin Bennee, Jed Anderson, Nicolas Mueller, and more.
Airblaster: Gone Wild
Gone Wild is the latest release from Airblaster, who always put out videos that show how damn fun snowboarding is and makes you want to go ride. Isn’t that what a snowboard movie is supposed to do? Featuring the Airblaster team of Nick Dirks, Tim Eddy, Jonas Michilot, Ben Lynch, Tucker Andrews, Madison Blackley, Taylor Carlton, Erik Leon, Max Warbington, and friends.
If you like drinking Canadian Hunter, you’ll love Canadian Pow Hunter. Follow the YES crew around the backcountry and drink ‘er blue. Featuring Romain De Marchi, Tadashi Fuse, DCP, Helen Schettini, Benji Ritchie, JP Solberg, and the rest of the YES team.
KBR: Golden Years
From the boarders who brought you Snakebite comes this year’s release, Golden Years. Featuring Toni Kerkela, Janne Lipsanen, Niko Lansio, Jani Sorasalmi, Teo Konttinen, Sakari Lahdesmaki, Antti Jussila, Sami Luhtanen, Petrus Koskinen, Elias Veijola & Friends.
Random Bastards: Daggers
The Random Bastards crew brought you Blue Balls last season, but this year they finish you off with their latest release: Daggers. Featuring Jocke Rasmussen, Jonathan Lindhe, Dylan Gamache, Hans Åhlund, Kas Lemmens, Felix Engström, Anton Gun, Cees Wille, Nejc Ferjan, Zach Rawles, Clemens Schattschnieder, Peter Ström, Klas Beyer, Marc Swoboda, Dominic Wagner, Benni Urban, Viktor Wiberg, Erik Karlsson, Philip Grund, Marcus Rand, Cam Pierce, Jani Sorasalmi, Dylan Alito & friends.
Postland Theory: Periscoping
Just make it past (or skip through) the first 6 minutes of slams and you’ll see some pretty insane boarding from these Dutch rippers. It’s pretty impressive to see sick riding come out of a country that’s below sea level in a lot of places.
Well, it’s not a full movie without a bonus section right? We got two more for you…
Stumped: Root 9
This Massachusetts homey video got a lot of attention from the snowboard community because of it’s solid and unique approach to riding, fresh Boston street spots, and an overall vibe that left you feeling hyped for the future of the East Coast scene. Bar Dadon, Cole Navin, and Parker Szumowski all kill it in this video and Eli Olsen does a hell of a job putting it together.
Zack Rawles and the Colorado homeys do some urban boardin’ around the Centennial State.
