The Frontside Lipslide:
A Staff favorite, and one of the best sideways-sliding tricks to learn after you’ve built up your confidence in sliding straight (50/50).
The reason this is a “Frontside” trick is because the rider approaches the box/rail on their toes, with the feature to the front of their body. It’s called a “Lipslide” because the rider pops and rotates the tail of their board over the box/rail first. After clearing their tail over the feature, the rider will then land sideways and across the box, sliding forward, with their toe edge leading them toward the end of the box.
