Front hand grabs the nose of the board.
Back leg is boned straight down, or slightly frontside. Here, Scott Blum puts his unique tork on a conventional nose grab pulling it over 90 degrees frontside.
Performed By: Scott Blum.
The history of the nose grab is fairly straight forward. Since day one, skateboarders and snowboarders have referred to the frontmost portion of their board as the nose. When they started grabbing here, no clever name was needed. Although popular during spins, the straight air nose grab has never been wildly popular.
