Ok, starting slides and not giving a f@^& is RETARDED. While these guys do some cool things, they also demonstrate why snowmobilers for the most part have no business in the backcountry and why they end up dying every year. Sleds are heavy and start slides more easily than a single rider. Generally, people who ride and use sleds for access at least have some respect for the backcountry and take some precautions. Go ahead and hit jumps on the sled, but stay off the lines. Plus, nothing sucks more than coming out of a chute hauling ass and encountering a high mark that has hardly been buried.

you pussies just cant ride a sled like a man… Sleds are safe in the BC as anything else DEPENDING on your Avy skills. Look up a snow pressure depth chart. bootpacking is actually the most dangerous form of BC travel. The width and length of a sled make its pressure wider and not as deep into the snowpack so it is actually pretty safe….

thanks to everyone for putting words in my mouth. im not ragging on snowmobilers. but this is a snowboarding site. put snowboard videos on a snowmobiling site. i dont mind seeing some pro boarders have some fun on sleds in a video but there isnt even one shot of a boarder in here. so fuck all you haters!

Snowmobiles make so much noise out there. I got to the mtns to get away from all that. They're loud and obnoxious, causing ear splitting pain. They're good for getting you to where you want but that's as far as they should go. Take the same route down to pick me up, but leave the sweet lines for us. You don't get to feel like you're floating on a cloud, the silky smoothness of each fluid carve, you just turn and burn. More and more carbon that is, IF YOU'RE NOT PART OF THE SOLUTION, THAN YOU'RE PART OF THE PROBLEM!!!!!!!
Our winters are getting shorter and there's less snow every year, so we don't need you ASSHOLES tracking the place out. You can't drive your ATV anywhere you want, nor your mudboggers, so why the sleds? I love seeing you eat shit!!!!!!
