Is it even possible for someone to surpass this rail part, I mean those tricks are probably all the snowboard tricks that can be done on rails or all the new harder ones… of course there is all the boardslides. Within these next 5 years there isn’t much more that can be done on a snowboard.

If you wonder if this kid can jump or not…i saw him at keystone 2 years ago. I think it was eric duhmer or some other MN fag following him with a 3 chip camera. If you dont know about keystones big line…its pretty gnarly. The jumps are huge and scary. Well, this kid was CHARGING….i doubt he had ever jumped more than a 20 footer before that, but he was throwing 10s and rodeos…and crazy shit. Not much was landed…but this was 2 years ago…and he was going for it. The kid is out for blood, watch out!

as far as just a rail part goes…. from what I remember ethan has some good jump lines. If im not mixing, he was throwing a smooth bs cork 5 at 14 or so on a sizeable hit.

he has been out to colorado and has hit big jumps, his parents are pretty well off and buy him and his brother pretty much anything they want. Just because someone is from WISCONSIN (not minnesota) doesn't mean they don't hit jumps. ethan grew up riding at Trollhaugen, which has some pretty legit jumps. this kid has plenty of skills, but a wack style and a douchebag attitude. he has the skills and he knows it.

lol, i front fliped off a down rail that was set up only a foot off the ground at our park, sunburst in wisconsin last season. ill do it off a street rail and get video of it this year if its really that big of a deal…jeez watch some mt high vids from last year, some kid was flippin off a bunch of stuff.

I also agree, i was 17 once and it's hard to travel and almost impossible to shoot in the backcountry, but people are hyping this video up so much more than it needs to be. I agree the tricks are tech, but that doesn't exactly make them good.
