To meet the burgeoning Korean snowboarding market, TransWorld SNOWboarding, the world’s leading snowboarding publication, is proud to announce the debut of TransWorld SNOWboarding Korea. The first issue of the Korean edition will be on sale in September with the official launch later this fall.

Coupled with the already successful partnership in Japan with TransWorld Snowboarding and TransWorld Skateboarding, the launch of the Korean edition of Snowboarding continues TransWorld’s expansion into international markets. The new division will be run by Unstuck Media & MKT, a Korean action sports media company focused on the expansion of Korean snowboarding culture.

“This is the perfect time to launch TransWorld SNOWboarding Korea, and JK and the Unstuck crew are the right people to do it, says Kurt Hoy, Editor and Chief Content Director for TransWorld SNOWboarding. “UnStuck is made up of snowboarders with years of industry experience. Through TWK they’ll introduce hundreds of thousands of people to snowboarding and snowboard culture in the tradition of TransWorld.

“All of our crew at TransWorld Korea are super-passionate about this opportunity, and we’re confident that we can help the TransWorld SNOWboarding brand grow immensely in South Korea, says Ji Wonduk, CEO of Unstuck Media and MKT Korea.
