The new shred video game, Shaun White 2 World Stage has been getting a lot of press. Not surprising, really. But it is pretty surprising that the images being used for promo show Shaun grabbing Tindy. Anyway, see the game trailer here.

also - what a media tool. He is just a face to sell crappy games - if he was really interested in the project he would have told the developers to get rid of it.

HAHA NOT SHAUNS FAULT BY ANY MEANS CONSIDERING HE ISN’T WRITING THE CODE TO CREATE THE GAME. HOWEVER, HE IS THE ONE WHO IS TAKING THE GRIEF BECAUSE HIS NAME IS ON THE TITLE OF THE GAME. Definitely his fault- even his he is not riding code. When you “Endorse” a product, and put your name behind it, you take a certain amount of ownership in the finished product. Bottom line it is on him to make sure the finished product is acceptable, if he doesn’t have time to do so, he shouldn’t endorse said product- or risk being called out like now for instance

Screw Shaun White….go buy Stoked. this looks a lot like SSX…and that is not good. we all know they make money off little kids who play on the Wii, so they don’t care if it’s realistic or not.
If Shaun wants to make the dough, he’s gonna have to deal with the hate, I guess he doesn’t care.

All snowboard games are fu*kn lame how many times can you 720 or indy backflip? Just accept this and get over it, pretend skate is a snowboard game. Snowboard industry bites everything from skating anyway.

i grab tindy all the time, but i make sure its during a jump where i get no more than 2 feet off the snow so it looks extra lame.

LAMO!! This is a joke and is the END for SWSB! Like everyone is saying, they market this game for SSX kids and real snowboarders are NOT going to buy a Wii for this garbage or gamers such as myself that like the Amped realistic feel to it. I would of thought Ubi Soft was going to take this series and make it better, after everyone said how craptastic it is! Do they learn like 2ksports.
Forget them all people, Stoked is on track to be the next Amped 2. Stoked is great as is, but there are issues that need to be worked out and from what I know there is more coming for this game. So while Stoked is pretty much on target as the next version of Amped, it is only getting started. I will be an "official" insider with the Stoked team and going to inform on whats happening with the game. I am also taking ideas from the fans and will be able to relay directly to the team. Together with the team, and your help we will take Stoked to the Amped 2 benchmark and beyond.
So follow Stoked, there may not be much to do now after you complete the game, but in the near future this is going to, and keep changing. I am open to questions and comments.
