Sometimes new terrain opens up and ruins your secret spot, but creates a few new hits. What if a faster lift or new park finally arrives and stokes out some hungry shreds? Whatever hills mutate this season and spread the shred, know this list delivers a few we thought made the list. It’s no environmental scorecard (that’s later this week); it’s just new lifts, terrain and anything else that hooks you up with faster laps and more time getting board wild. Cheers.
#10 The New Chondola At Sunday River, Maine

The first of its kind in the northeast, Sunday River’s new chondola cuts what used to be a twenty-minute ride on two chairlifts to a single ride just under seven minutes. That’s equal to five more runs an hour so you can hustle more time on the snow and enjoy the occasional gondola protection from the biting cold.

Every year things just get better…Good to see some money is being put back into developing resorts and not just making fat cats’ pockets even fatter.
