The MDPeople squad made their debut on the big screen last night. Pierre Minhondo—formerly of NeoProto fame, and Justin Eeles of Kids Know repute, teamed up with Mack Dawg Productions and presented their latest offering—People. Directly following the 8th annual Rider’s Poll Awards the movie played for hundreds upon hundreds of the snow industry’s finest—all packed elbow to asshole in the expansive downtown venue that is On Broadway.
People stars Mitch Nelson, Stephen Duke, Bryan Fox and Josh Mills, Justin Hebbel, Curtis Woodman, Nima Jalali, Pat McCarthy, Shaun McKay, Jon Kooley, Jordan Mendenhall, Josh Mills, Marius Otterstad, Robbie Sell, Jussi Tarvainen, Ryan Thompson, and Etienne Gilbert. The coveted first and last parts went to Kooley, and Etienne respectively, and deservedly.
A great soundtrack, excellent filming and editing, sick locations, a well-rounded crew with superlative snowboarding skills, and most importantly, flow. All the ingredients were present, accounted for and blended to perfection. This is a must have flick—better get your mitt’s on a copy A.S.A.P.
