What do you like about halfpipe? What I like about a good halfpipe is that you can try a lot of new things and be creative and you can always improve. I think amplitude is fun and trying to go high. You can be very technical.
What are you doing to prepare yourself for the Olympic trials? I didn’t snowboard at all this last year. I was injured, so spending a lot of time dryland training. I’ll go to Europe and do a bunch of competing in the fall.
If you weren’t snowboarding what would you be doing right now with your life? I would be in school. I am not sure what I would be studying. Science or something
What do you do in your spare time away from snowboarding? A lot of mountain biking, surfing, a lot of different sports, read a lot, non-fiction or fiction.
