Quarterpipe Battle in Snow Park NZ
Snow Park NZ has been building New Zealand’s only permanent quarterpipe this week to host the first daytime event of the season, the Electric Quarterpipe Battle held this Saturday, July 12.The event is a free-to-enter jam style competition for skiers and snowboarders of all ages and skill levels. Riders and skiers will be judged on style and amplitude and will be vying for a $2,000 cash prize pool and $6,000 of Electric, Union and Snow Park NZ products.

Cardrona Valley Gondola Approved
LAKE WANAKA, New Zealand - The Lee family in the Cardrona Valley received approval today to build the first gondola in New Zealand to access a ski resort. The $16.6million gondola project will service Snow Park NZ, Waiorau Snow Farm and a third planned ski area, Roaring Meg Resort.
