The 5th and final Episode of the year, we drag ourselves away from the Sunshine in Queenstown and go camping up at Isobel Glacier
August saw the usual insurgence of international riders coming to Queenstown including - Sebastien Toutant, Mark McMorris, Keiji Okamoto, Yuuki Kadono, Giom Morisset and Seppe Smits for the Burton NZ Open.
A short heli ride up the glacier and through the cloud layer we get dropped off at Pioneer Hut for two nights. Two bluebird days and a new mountain experience for everyone.
