after 5 long days of rain in whistler during early January it snowed 70cm in 24hrs. due to high winds and snow stability the alpine at WB didn\'t open until the following day which was a clear day. I got the chance to capture this shot of a friend just off the back of crystal chair on blackcomb mountain.
