Most the really tight pants you see you can't buy like that. They end up sewing them to get them how tight your looking for. So if you know someone that is good at sewing thats the secret to tight pants.

Try buying a pair of Sessions Brawl Pants, or Sessions Brawl II Pants. I've even seen them on steapandcheap.com before. They are REAL tight. I don't think many people know about that pant but they are really tight. I saw they were slim fit and decided to buy a pair and see how they looked and felt and they felt like I was wearing a 11 year old girls jeans so I sold em. Like I'm 6'0 180 pounds and they were skin tight so. But for what your looking for I strongly suggest them

Last year sessions had a pair of pants that had little ties on the side to adjust them to your preferred fit. I think they were the TJ Scneider pants airblaster also had a pair of limited pants that you could adjust like that as well. They were called the Gaucho pants but they are probably sold out. Or you could just buy some pants and sow them in which is pretty easy to do. If you don't feel like going through the whole sewing in process you can just use some safety pins to tighten them. It works pretty well and looks alright but won't hold as well as if you sew them in.

sewing worked for me. just turn then inside out and pin them to how you want it then sew along the pins. simple.
make sure to try them on with your boots before you sew em just to make sure they fit right

If you can find Tj's Sessions get those but they are really hard to find. If not then Brawl 9 from Sessions are tight.

Go to the thrift store. I actually haven't worn “actual” snow pants for the last year.
It's all about wearing pants that no one else will ever have.
