Hello - I've been riding for about 15 years now and have a few boards that I need to get rid of due to a family medical emergengy.
The three that I've got on the table are:
1. 1985(estimate) Burton Cruzer 165. I think this is the last year that Burton released boards with the swallow-tail. The top sheet is in EXCELLENT shape….more of a collectors item.
2. 2005-6 Burton Johan Oloffson 163. This was the last year Burton made a board like this. Probably the fastest/most stable board I've ever been on. So stiff - crazy at high speeds. Great condidtion, maybe road a total of 15 days. Graphic is the Three Crowns/Lion home country theme.
3. 2006 T6 159. Specs on this board can be found online - great all around board. Actually had Burton-Vermont send me this one since the Vapor I bought had top-sheet design flaws.
So - anyone got some ideas as to the value of this collection? Anyone interested?…and all you Burton haters, please go play in the kiddy pool. I've got no time to discuss business with a bunch of “core-bore-snore” types. Check out any vids of Johan and you let me know if he's the kind of rider who you'd like to diss based on his selection of hardware/sponsor (befo he got dropped). He was Travis Rice before Travis Rice.
Thanks,
kj
