Designing the cover of our biggest magazine in the last three years to look like a ‘zine might be considered intentional suicide by many of our “hardcore” readers out there. However, the corporate big wigs here at the office informed us it was complete marketing genius on our part. And after reaping the benefits of our hard work, they’ll sink that much deeper into their leather La-Z-Boys and continue to watch the bottom line grow. While we’ll continue to sit in our cubicles and wrack our brains, so that they may purchase another luxury automobile to add to their collection. Perhaps because the sky was the color of money it got Gian Simmen’s goat at the Crystal Awards and inspired him to leap from this metamorphic heap of rocks. Perhaps not.
