The Quiksilver Showdown: Grouse Mountain in North Vancouver, BC

The Quiksilver Showdown over the city went down this past weekend at Grouse Mountain in North Vancouver, BC. The first day brought heavy clouds delaying the amature qualifiers to Saturday. The sun came out for day two allowing the comp to go off without a hitch. All the riders were throwing down, but in the end  Eric Willet put down the best run and took home $10,000. Jeremy Cloutier finsihed second with Robbie Ballharry rounding out the third spot. Zach Stone won $3,000 for best trick!

Standout of the day went to filmer Colin D. Watt who did a huge method in his underwear (tighty whites none the less) on the last jump.

Big thanks to Quiksilver, and all the sponsors, and Dario Phillips, Mikey Scott, Nick Moore and all the quik staff, judges and park staff who all killed it!!
