December, 2003, South Lake Tahoe, CA — THE BLOCK has entered into an exclusive hotel arrangement to receive the newest game console on the planet, The Phantom Game System created by Infinium Labs, a Florida based company. THE BLOCK has signed to initially beta test The Phantom in its cyber café until the units hit mass production.
