(Boston, MA) – Snowjam, Inc. announced today the signing of a license for Burton Corporation’s 3D binding technology. The license will enable Snowjam to offer snowboard bindings compatible with the unique insert pattern on Burton snowboards.
“Burton’s technology is state-of-the-art and through this license, Snowjam can also offer the latest, best technology to our dealers,” said Steve Wolf, President of Snowjam. “Many of our dealers are also Burton dealers. By being able to offer a high quality binding at a lower cost, that still fits Burton’s snowboards, we afford our dealers the ability to satisfy the price conscious consumer while getting more riders on the mountains,” Wolf added. “Burton sells more snowboards, dealers sell more packages, and consumers are happy.”
Snowjam is offering two adult binding models with a universal disk, the Pro Adult and Pro Aluminum, as well as a Tyke Aluminum binding for kid’s boots. In addition to fitting on both Burton and Snowjam snowboards, the bindings will also accommodate Burton and Snowjam snowboard boots.
Snowjam, Inc. offers a complete line of snowboard boots, bindings, skiboards and snowboards at all price points. Founded in 1989, Snowjam is highly regarded by retailers nationwide for providing excellent values and proven customer service.
