Rip Curl today announced the official opening of a new dedicated sales and marketing showroom located in the heart of Surf City in downtown Huntington Beach, California.
The 1300 sq. ft. showroom rests on top of the world renowned Jack’s Surf shop, on the corner of Main St and Pacific Coast Highway.
Straight across from the historic Huntington Pier, and side by side both Jacks and HSS, the showroom provides Rip Curl with an ideal standpoint in the heart of Orange County, the most influential actions sport territory in the USA.
Rip Curl CEO, Jimmy Olsson exclaimed, “We’ve established a showroom in at Huntington for better brand exposure and to position Rip Curl closer to the industry hub. The new showroom allows us an environment to cohesively showcase our product and marketing directly across from the pier”.
The showroom will dually serve as both a sales product presentation area, and a marketing platform to showcase new innovation and progression for the brand.
“The showroom puts Rip Curl at ground zero within the surf industry and allows us the opportunity to strengthen relationships with premiere accounts from across the nation”, said Mike Martin, Rip Curl’s National Sales Manager.
Marketing Director, Adam Sharp added, “It’s great to have such a great space in a fantastic location, smack in the heart of Orange County. It’s a important stepping stone for Rip Curl and we look forward to staging various marketing meetings, industry appointments, and the odd loose party.”
The new Huntington Beach showroom will also allow Rip Curl the opportunity to continue it’s extensive research, innovation, and contribution to the surfing community that’s embedded in the heart of the American surf culture.
The showroom is now fully operational.
