PARK CITY, Utah – (June 20, 2003) – Park City Mountain Resort today appointed Krista Rowles to the position of public relations manager. Rowles brings strong strategic communications skills and a broad depth of knowledge in the public relations industry.

“I am honored to be joining the Park City Mountain Resort team. The Resort’s community roots and unique environment is precisely what I’m looking for to dedicate my skills,” said Rowles. “I look forward to helping the Resort continue service to their customers and the community.”

Prior to joining Park City Mountain Resort, Rowles represented a broad-spectrum of clients during her tenure at Coltrin & Associates, a public relations agency. “Krista’s track record in disseminating messages to the public and managing community programs is invaluable. Her experience will compliment the Resort’s mission to be a top 10 resort in North America,” said Julie Hopkins, director of marketing & sales for Park City Mountain Resort. “This appointment is consistent with the company’s growth strategy to build a team of employees that reflect the quality and values built here over the past 40 years.”

As Park City Mountain Resort’s public relations manager, Rowles is responsible for local and national media relations, supporting the marketing and sales teams in promoting community relations and positioning Park City Mountain Resort as a premier mountain resort destination. She will be replacing Michelle Palmer who has been appointed Associate Director of Sales at Sundance Resort.
