McLEAN, VA (December 17, 1999) — Outlast Technologies, developer and marketer of Outlast Temperature Regulation, has signed on as the presenting sponsor of the Fashion Show Venue at the SIA Vegas 2000 Show, the premier gathering for the snow sports industry.
The Outlast Temperature Regulation Venue will feature SIA fashion shows during the five-day Vegas 2000 show, March 3-7. Additionally, the Outlast Venue will host fashion shows for other SIA member companies.
This year, the Fashion Show Venue is completely redesigned and in a new place, changes that go beyond the traditional stage where SIA’s fashion shows were previously presented. The Venue will sit at an angle in a corner of the Las Vegas Convention Center South Hall. There will be a direct path — a 15-foot wide carpeted aisle — directly from the Convention Center’s main entrance to the Outlast Temperature Regulation Venue. Special lighting and backdrops will enhance the visual effect of the fashion shows and attract greater numbers of spectators than previous years.
SIA’s fashion shows offer a dynamic and impressive introduction to the new lines and trends in winter sports apparel, featuring clothing and accessories from every snow sport discipline. Outfits will be professionally modeled in a high-energy, choreographed presentation. Outlast Temperature Regulation will be featured in apparel and accessories at each SIA fashion show.
According to Marty Grabijas, SIA director of sales, “Outlast Temperature Regulation has had a huge impact on the winter sports market and changed the rules for insulation manufacturers. We are pleased to see Outlast’s commitment to manufacturers and to the industry through its generous sponsorship of the Outlast Fashion Venue.”
