New snow in Colorado, Tahoe, Mammoth, and Whistler. Winter is coming!

It’s only September but some of the first snow of the season has fallen on resorts across the Colorado, Tahoe, Whistler, and Interior BC regions! Opening days are getting closer and Mammoth Mountain, California has already set November 7, 2013 as the date when its lifts start turning. That’s less than 50 day away. Heavenly, California is scheduled to open November 22.

Take a look at some of the resorts that have got hit so far in the gallery above. Get stoked for winter because the 2013-2014 Farmers Almanac winter forecast has been calling for a cold winter across most of Canada and the US.
