It’s been a wacky winter in North America. Seems some places are stacked, others dry, yet all the above have something in common–strange layers. And we’re not talking your aunt’s bean dip. While the Mt Baker chowderbowl is normally in full effect by the time the Legendary Banked Slalom kicks off, it was a drier than normal start to the season around the northwest.
