VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA–MASEV Communications International Inc. (formerly SVC Second Venture Capital Corp. “SVC-TSXV”) (the “Company”) announced that its common shares have been approved for listing on the TSX Venture Exchange under the stock symbol “MSV”.The common shares will be posted and called for trading at the opening of trading on February 24, 2003.

As part of today’s announcement, the Company stated it has completed its Qualifying Transaction under policy 2.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”) pursuant to which it acquired approximately 93% of the outstanding shares and 100% of the outstanding common share purchase warrants of MASEV Communications Inc. in consideration of the Company issuing 17,853,198 common shares and 4,646,875 common share purchase warrants of the Company. Each common share purchase warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share of the Company until June 28, 2003 at a price of $0.40 per share. The common shares and warrants issued by the Company are subject to a four-month hold period from the date of closing.
