Keystone, CO welcomed the Transworld SNOWboarding TransAM crew with epic conditions and a creative, well sculpted TransAM park set up. Colorado’s top amateur snowboarders showed up on this bluebird Sunday to ride the TransAM masterpiece set up by Kevin Laverty and the Keystone Resort park crew. Terence Stilin-Rooney took over the commentating for Stop #5 of the 12th annual Transworld SNOWboarding TransAM tour and the judges were treated to some of highest caliber riding on feature ingredients provided by the TransAM sponsors: Ride Snowboards, Anon, Analog, Zumiez, Giro, Muscle Milk and High Cascade Snowboard Camp.

Guys

The finals of the TransAM at Keystone Resort featured some backside rodeo 5′s over the Ride Snowboards wall take off jump, back flips off the Giro jersey barrier feature and some tricky hand plants on the Zumiez couch /bar feature. John Myre (1st Place) came out on top in a very competitive field and also received the Muscle Milk Riders Choice Award. Henry Tellini (2nd Place) and Austin Stevens (3rd Place) impressed the judges with their moves on the Keystone Resort C rail and the Analog up stair to rail to down stair feature, also securing their spots in the TransAM finals at Big Bear, CA on March 15, 2014.

Gals

Veronika Perfilyera had her way with the Anon Double feature and High Cascade Snowboard Camp Marshmallow/rail feature to earn 1st place. Darien Giedd (2nd Place) and Nicole McNulty (3rd Place) tore it up all day but really secured their podium finishes in the final minutes with impressive work on the Muscle Milk feature.  All three ladies staked their claim at the Transworld SNOWboarding TransAM finals at Big Bear, CA.
