San Clemente, CA — June 19, 2002 — In an effort to support the future up and comers in snowboarding, Forum, Special Blend, Foursquare and Jeenyus are proud sponsors of High Cascade Snowboard Camp and Windell’s Snowboard Camp in Mount Hood, Oregon, USA, and the Folgefonna Snowboard Camp in Jondalen, Norway.
“We are really happy to get involved with the best snowboard camps out there to get kids hyped on riding this winter, said Dan McNamara, director of marketing for Four Star Distribution. “We want this season to be the best ever and help make snowboarding fun again. Supporting these camps is a great way for everyone to start off next season.
Forum, Special Blend, Foursquare and Jeenyus team riders will be making appearances at these camps, and demo boards, boots and bindings will be available at all camps throughout the summer. There will also be Forum, Special Blend, Foursquare and Jeenyus sponsored activities for campers at all sessions.
Youngblood contests will go down at the end of each session at High Cascade Snowboard Camp and Windell’s to kick off Forum’s new amateur contest series. The Youngblood series will be launching at resorts throughout North America, Europe and Japan this winter.
