Elan Snowboards is pleased to announce the induction of Addison Demoura into their North American Sales Rep. Force. Demoura, who currently works with Poor-Boy Snowboard Wax and 686 for Northern California, will add Elan Snowboards and the Artec Project, Elan’s new progressive freestyle line, to his repertoire. Also working with Demoura in the territory will be RPA Thomas Nessen.

“I couldn’t be happier to have Addy and Thom on board. They’re well connected, they have great relationships with several of the key accounts in their respective territory, and most important, they’re great people, and they love to ride,” quipped Elan Snowboards division manager Tyler Barnes. “They’ll put a smile on anyone’s face, and they know and understand the sport, and where we’re coming from as a brand.”

Barnes is relying on Demoura and Thomas to re-introduce the re-vamped brand to the territory. As a number of shops have booked appointments at Vegas, and are looking to put in early season orders, it would seem as though the strategy is working.

“Although I’d like to give all the credit to Addy and Thom, I’d bet that some of the momentum is coming from the introduction of the Inverse, which is by far the lightest deck in the industry, and the launch of the Artec project. Then again, they both aren’t shy about buying drinks…”

Pressing decks since 1988, Elan Snowboards owns and operates the largest volume single output snowboard production factory in the world. Numerous innovations that have revolutionized the sport have been developed in the Elan factory, including the first production twin-tip, the industry-standard four-pack insert pattern, integrated riser plates, and the first women’s board to win an Olympic Gold Medal. Elan continues to develop cutting edge technology from its factory in Furnitz, Austria. For more information, check out WWW.ELANSNOWBOARDS.COM
